Rates
• Sept 1 - June 30: $225 per night* (Two-night minimum**)
- Nights 4-6 - $200/night ... 7th night FREE
- Weekly - $1275
• July 1 - Aug 31: $200 per night* (Two-night minimum**)
- Nights 4-6 - $180/night ... 7th night FREE
- Weekly - $1140
* Plus 7% county lodging tax
** 3 night minimum on holidays
There is a $75 security deposit, which is refunded at check out.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of your reservation. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For payments made by check, reservations must be secured with payment in full within 30 days of the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund in the form of a transferable Gift Certificate for a future stay, or a refund to your credit card less a $25.00 processing charge.
If you cancel 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, the same refund options are available ONLY if the cabin can be re-booked for those dates. Otherwise, you will be charged your full reservation amount, less the security deposit. Early departures and changes in arrival dates are considered cancellations.
Other Information
Rock Haven Cabin can sleep up to 4 people, using the sofa bed in the living room. There is a charge of $25/person/night for over 2 people.
Check in is between 4 and 6 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals.
Checkout is by 12 noon.
Please let us know if you would like us to stock the refrigerator with anything prior to your arrival. There is a $20 charge for this service, in addition to the amount of the groceries.
No pets please. Rock Haven Cabin is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside.
